Is the bolt missing from one of the front two?

I had this problem as well and if I can remember correctly it is a 3/8" x 16 about 1.25 inches in length, but best if you take the opposite bolt out and check the size. A hardware store bolt is fine, just get a Grade 5 bolt.

I do not know the exact torque value, but it is not overly-tight as there is a gasket. I just squirted some brake cleaner into the bolt hole and then "snugged" the bolt using hand tools. You just want to compress the pan gasket.

nah suprisingly it was one of the side bolts, and im wondering how the hell it just came out? the first thing that came to mind when i made the mistake to bring it to pep girls if they took it out (why? idk but theyre not real mechanics lol) im hoping thats why theres a small amount of oil all over the place and not the remote lines...but thatd be to easy haha
