Default multiple abs codes

I got a 97 2wd ls. My question is I got 6 abs codes c0021, c0023, c0025, c0027, c0036, c0037. Any ideas? The abs light comes on and goes off. Some times at low speeds when coming to a stop my abs will kick on. I'm thinking its a circuit problem and could be a relay.

My first suggestion (and that's without actually looking up the meanings of the codes) would be to check the wheel sensors to see if they're working properly. You can test them with a DVOM. I don't have the testing procedure on the top of my head right now but you should be able to find it via searching. The one thing I do remember about testing the sensors is that you have to make sure your DVOM is set to the proper range, which I believe is AC millivolts. It's definitely AC, not DC.

I already looked up the codes, FR open sens & erratic sens. same for FL. the c0036 is REAR SPEED SIG MISSING & c0037 is REAR SPEED SIG ERRATIC.

All of the DTC's indicate an open circuit.... check the connector at the EBCM.

I had the same issues plus more... ABS codes popping all over the place, more then likely your ABS module has got busted solder joints on the circuit board. I fought with my ABS for almost a year, changed speed sensors, changed hubs, checked all sorts of connections... Finally I popped open my ABS module and saw 5 broken solder joints on the board. Fixed them and my ABS has been golden since.

There are a few videos on Youtube on how to do it yourself.
