Ok the prior owner of my 97 Bravada had a driver side impact and after the body shop got done the control for power mirrors on drivers door, speaker in drivers door, and the controls for locks and windows on other doors, but not on the drivers door do not work. I can put down all windows in truck from drivers door and unlock doors but notfrom the other doors. Is there one harness in the door that they failed to connect or something like that? If so has any done this before and have any instructions as to how to fix it. Worst part of it all was this is a major GM dealer in my area that did the work.

You paid to have it fixed properly. I would go back and talk with the people there.
It is possible that they failed to connect a few components or that the wiring was damaged in the crash. All door/window functions go through the driver's control module (switch pack).

No it was the prior owner so I don't think the repair center will fix it.

Gotcha. Well then, I would remove the driver door panel and have a look inside. If things are not connected, connect them. If everything is connected, you really need to start looking at the wiring harness, paying particular attention to where it goes through the door and into the truck.

is there a trick to removing the door panel?

Run a search, I believe it has been answered in the Audio/Visual section a few times. If I remember right, there is a screw in the door latch area then a bolt or two in the handle area. From there it is just some push pins around the perimeter of the panel that you should use a trim tool on.

I just purchase a 2001 Blazer with the same problem. I can only operate the windows from the driver's door. Did you ever find a solution?
Thanks,

When removing the door panel, make sure you find the two bolts that pass thru the door handle. The IDIOT that previously owned mine, took the door apart, and apparently wasn't smart enough to find the two bolts, and RIPPED the door skin off, leaving the bolt hole parts, and the bolts. I'm still occasionally gerry-rigging it, trying to keep it on tight.
