Yup, seen Delco IACs with three pins. Thus I wouldn't waste time on finding the diagram,. I'd rather grab a multimeter and go to a local supplier to compare with a new one. I am nearly sure the IAC is busted.

Theoretically it should be possible to interface 4-pin IAC with 3-pin plug, by tying together two coil ends. I.e. if You look at the diagram posted by GeorgeLG above, tying B+C lines makes You a three-pin IAC. But it all depends on the IAC electrical parameters (their load and operating voltage). But all that is just guessing. I'd have to see the 3-pin diagram first.
How about finding someone with such an IAC to and asking for readings?

Hi mikefinding someone you mean at forum ? because here in Bahrain there only few of blazers and jimmy so, it is difficult to find someone. But I think this iac is bad like you say. I do exactly like this steps and I get this First two pins give 45 ohams Second two pins 0 ohams

It actually doesn't make any difference where You'd find someone. Could be online too...

But let me guess, the above photos are not for Your particular installation? We are drawing conclusions from the diagrams that may not necessarily match Your installation. As, for example, Your coil resistance equals 45 Ohms. If driven from 12V, it has 3.2W of power. The 12Ohms load on the photos would have 12W power.
The 12 Ohms could be driven from a lower voltage than a battery one, not necessarily 12V. There is also another question of Your driver output current - can it withstand the current of 1A? If You overload it, it's blown... Doing this blindfold is generally not a good idea. Finding and asking someone is much easier way.

It might be, his IAC is driven by reversing the polarity. That would explain the one coil at the terminals. It might also be, one of the coil is shorted. I'd rather prefer to draw the conclusions from an accurate diagram. The part seems pricey.
