This past week Ive been noticing some new issues aside from my existing p0300. When I start the engine at a cold start and engage the transmission it shifts really hard. Lunges in either direction. Once it has warmed up it doesn't give me any issues when shifting. At ideas why or what I could do to resolve that?

During my drive today I and traveling 70 mph and flooring it, my RPMs would to go above 2500-2700. When in neutral it has no problem shooting up towards 5000 RPMs. Thoughts?
