Are my upper ball joints flipped? (pic)
Just wondering if someone could tell me if my upper ball joints are "flipped". I've been reading up on it and after looking at my truck I believe they are... or is this the way they are installed stock?
thanks to anyone who can tell me!

They are installed correctly, as in not flipped.

They are correct. Besides.. If there wouldnt be enough clearance to the axle CV joint if that were reversed.
Are you by any chance comparing them to vehicles where the upper is the sprung / supporting member.

The reason I ask is because I've been reading that people intentionally flip them on s10's and yotas to make the arm sit lower. All in all, helping with negative camber. There's actually a post on THIS forum discussing the same thing...
