Default Need Help!!

I recently moved to North Dakota from Ga. My 96 Blazer will not start. On the way here we had to replace the idler pulley and belt and just replaced the battery yesterday. The temp here is -15 celcius and it will not start. Battery isnt dead just wont turn over fully jumps like its about to but nothing. Even in Ga when it would be cold weather I had this problem. Warm or hot weather I dont have this problem at all cranks right up no hesitation. Please help me out Im out of options and tired of being stranded.

Sounds like a weak starter.

Is there any place warm you can put it?

I have bought a new battery, Heet, a magnetic heater, and nothing is working. I have checked the fuel pressure line and fuel is coming out. I do not however know how much PSI are shooting because I dont have a fuel pressure tester.. I seen a tire pressure thing at target would that work?

I was told by one guy to get Starter fluid to spray in somewhere.. But was told at the part store not to because it could seriously damage my truck that is what the guy did last time to start my truck.

Just got a jump from someone and it charged the battery just didnt start.. Turned over but no luck..

Im out of ideas.. and I dont have a single clue about trucks.. Help

No, a 'tire pressure thing' will not test fuel pressure. You need a fuel pressure gauge which can be found for ~$40. It connects to the schraeder valve on the fuel supply line behind the throttle body assembly. Read this post to learn about diagnosing a fuel supply problem for your truck.
I would also have the starter bench tested to verify its condition.
