Did you get the 6 retianer bolts from the engine side. If you only got 3 your missing 3 more. To get the ones under the a/c box, you'll have to remove the inner fender. Or you could just simply cut the heater box tabs inside the vehicle and leave the studs in the firewall. Then theres the bolt under the blower resistor. You'll have to cut thru the rubber that is sealing the resistor plate. You should see cut here for service embedded in the rubber just in front of the resistor plug. Once the resistor is out of the way you'll see the bolt. A quick way to get the bolt out is to drill a 3/8 hole, about halfway down the angled part of the heater box(just below where the resitor was mounted. Insert a 1/4 extention and the reach in the hole to attach the socket. (You'll need a swivel socket) and then the bolt can be removed easily. When you reassemble everything and get the bolt back in you can then seal the drilled hole with some sort of tape. I used an industrial electrical wire seal patch, sticky as heck and weatherproof. Once on wont come off without a scraper and some elbow grease. Let me know if this helps you.
