Default need help

Hello everyone
I just bought a 95 blazer LT 4x4 4 door v6
It was running fine but one day I turned the key and some smoke came
out the drivers side hood. I lost all lghts to dash and fuse box eccept for radio and lights. I found the problem it was a fusible link I replaced it and got power back to dash and fuse box. The only 2 fuse with no power are
#14 allum and #20 crank plus the temperature panel don't light up.
So now when I turn the key I get nothing no starter turn over nothing but the new fusible link keeps blowing. Would a bad or blowin relay switch cause this.

If you are blowing the fusible link, you have a major ground fault somewhere in the truck. I would investigate the starter more closely.
