Default need help

i just replace the uper and lower intake gasket on my 2000 blazer 4.3 and now it hard to start and idles rough and my tachometer has stoped working and while going down the road it act like it is skiping sometimes any help

Sounds like a timming issue.

Did you make sure you were on TDC before you stabbed the distributor?
Check all pig tails and connections.
Check for vacuum leaks. lose hoses, broken hoses, ect. etc.

my ckeck engine light is on took to get check and they said it was the camshaft sensor i got a new one but where is its location? lol

Run down through the diagnostic trouble shooting and see if anything jumps out at you. The CMP is in the distributor.

Also, please do not double post your question. If you forget to mention something, please edit your original post to include that information rather than posting another thread. Your other thread about your tach has been deleted.

thanks for all you help i got it all working and runing good it was a broke wire and i replace some vac line to
