Need help with filler neck on 1999 Chevy blazer

I’m replacing my filler neck and my old one didn’t have a ground wire, but this new filler neck does. What do I do?

perumotors1369 is on a distinguished road

clean a spot within the length of the wire...bare a spot, center punch/drill it/self tapping screw it.....you probably had one on the old fill tube but it probably rusted off....Jerry
