Could someone go into more detail on what to do after flaring? Is there other fittings involved? Sorry never done this before.

Ended up taking mine to the shop. $150 for a completely new brake line, not too bad in my opinion.

Make sure the fittings are on the line before you double flare it. Yes the fitting has to connect to another fitting. Fortunately GM uses standard size fittings on both ends of the line. Ford on the other hand runs unique crap and its a pain in the ass, you have to recycle the old fittings.
