need help with transmition shifting

Default need help with transmition shifting
Trans will not shift in 2 wheel or 4 wheel. Shifts man. though. Speedometer will not work. We changed body off of a 1996 four wheel drive to a 1998 four wheel drive. Any Ideas!!!

Did you make sure that the VSS (vehicle speed sensor) was plugged in?
