Hello, I'm not sure if I am posting in the correct forum or not :-/ I have a 2001 Chevy Blazer, my battery light came on and then my car cut off on me out of no where while driving. Luckily someone stopped to help. It seemed as if my battery was dead and the starter locked up. All my lights and everything still worked. After trying to jump it off for a good while, still nothing. The gauge for the battery would get close to 14, that's all, but still wouldn't start. We tried tapping on the starter, got nothing. Towed it home, luckily my husband works for a car parts place, we got a brand new professional grade battery, replaced the starter, still did not work, it was doing the same thing. We tried jumping the new battery with his car, left the cables on for a good while and it tried to turn over slightly once and then nothing. Tried using a jump box as well, still no luck. After that we did a full tune up and oil change. Still nothing. All my lights will still come on, the gauge for the battery is now sitting at roughly 11. Also the crankshaft isn't spinning. I am at a loss with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
