Default Need part number!

I want to convert my spider fuel injector assembly from SCPI to multiport. Does anyone have the correct Delphi part # for a 1999 LS? Will I need the bracket they often talk about?

Attempts to purchase an assembly from Amazon & Ebay say the part initally shown "is not compatable" with my Blazer. One was #FJ10565. One was FJ10566. They both looked like what was shown on a Youtube installation video.

Surely, you guys have the answer. Also, what is the best price to pay for a Delphi(new)?

FJ10565 is the correct Delphi part number, and the bracket should be in the box with it. You will also need the upper intake gasket set, it does not come with the injector assembly.

Default Spider conversion info.(cont.)

Regarding the upper intake gasket required for the conversion:
Can you confirm if the ACDelco part #89017866 is correct?

Felpro gasket set MS95816, cheaper and better quality than AC Delco.

Pretty straight forward job. Be careful when disconnecting and connecting the electrical connector on the injector housing, (terminals bend easily). Make absolutely certain the injectors go to the proper intake ports. The lines are numbered on the outside of the injector housing for the cylinder each one goes to, you can see them in the image below. This is the passenger side:

Do not snap the nozzles into the intake ports until you are certain they are oriented correctly. Once they snap in, they're a PITA to release without breaking them. Passenger side is 2, 4, 6, in order, front to rear. Two of the lines on the driver side cross over each other, (notice the old one before you remove it). You will need to rotate the injector spider lines on both of them so the lines do not kink. Grasp the line close to the injector housing and rotate it, (requires some effort) so it's pointing to the port that it goes in. Just prior to installing the plenum, coat the injector housing O ring with clean motor oil. Any questions, just ask.

Dont mean to crash in on this tread but I'm doing the same thing on my 2001. Do I need to replace the upper intake gasket also.
