Need to remove the passenger side door panel

Default Need to remove the passenger side door panel

Have to replace a broken side view mirror. . I found one clip directly under where the mirror is mounted. Also two screws under a cover where you pull the door shut. It appears that the door opener latch [pull to open door] has to be removed and the plastic around the door opener and lock. But cannot find the secret. I know once the necessary hardware is removed, the panel will come off by pulling upward. But I am having trouble with the clips, screws and hardware removal/ Any tips would be appreciated.

OK. I have the panel off. Everything fine except I cannot disconnect the wire [harness] from the mirror. Tried to squeeze and pull but no luck
