Need some guidance on fuel filter change
i cant see or feel where to put the socket and wrench.. and also theres not really any room to do this.
i am just limited on time to fix my truck, im either working or when i do get out of work its too dark and now too cold.

I have done it many times on numerous different s-series vehicles front 1st gens to the end of production on the 2nd gens. The pictures in the How-to article show you where the bolt is and tell you what size socket to use.
Usually getting the threaded connection apart is the hassle. From there, it's less than 5 minutes worth of work.
As a tip, coat the threads and the end of the hard metal line where the swivel nut sits with anti-seize to make it easier to take apart the next time.

Just for Your information, You don't have to do what I did but, My bracket (fuel filter retainer) would not come off so, I cut the plastic bracket from left to right and between the tension from the fuel lines & being able to set the new fuel filter back inside of the "plastic retaining bracket", it holds just fine. It doesn't rattle around nor seem un stable & I am pretty picky about things being correct, I sleep comfortably over this one! Good luck.
