Default need some help

Ive got a 2000 chevy blazer and i was wondering how i can take off the automatice headlight sensor so that i can turn my headlights on and off when i feel like it. Can anyone help me with that issue, i would really appreciate it? thanks

do you have a button under the headlight switch that says Dome override??? and do you have a owners manual for that veh? If so the instructions are in there ..if not just holler backwe can help

I believe he is looking to PERMANENTLY remove the "idiot sensor" and put the power into his own hands full-time.
all I know is the "Temporary Method" of depressing the dome over ride button 3 times in quick succession.
The Idiot sensor saved me many a time.... I believe it also has something to do with your DRLs... so be careful.

i removed the DRL relay so that got rid of those and for the AHL i just set the parking brake one click. I plan on removing the parking brake bulb next time i have the dash apart.
