needing cam compression info

Greetings,
there's no such thing as a stupid question rite? Ok, I need some numbers please if possible. Does anyone know the stock cam duration @.050? Also what is lobe separation?
And final question; what is/ how the heck does one figure out the compression ratio static/dynamic??
Any & all help is greatly appreciated. thanks for your time & help. Btw- this is regarding a '99 Chevy blazer 4.3lvortec.
