I am getting my license soon and I am getting a 2000 blazer and was wondering if there was any problems that occur on all of them or anything I might want to upgrade seeing as I will be offroading and I'm planning on putting a locker in soon

The list is never ending with these things. General rule of thumb is if it has a bolt, clip, rivet, clamp, electrical connector, or screw, eventually it will need attention. Fortunately, we can help you, we've all been there, at least once

It is a 2000 4 door blazer 4x4 completely stock but want to make it off road capable and since I'm most likely getting a job at endangered species jeep so they can help me... But and help or things I should watch out for are appreciated.

All 4 Ball joints, control arm bushings, pitman arm, idler arm, front wheel bearings, fuel pump, intake gaskets, heater core, distributor cap & rotor, NV233 transfer case vacuum switch, fuel injector assembly, and the brake calipers & mounting brackets, just to name a few of the real common things. Probably be a good idea to flush the entire cooling system and fill it with fresh Dexcool coolant, (don't use the green coolant, it will cause ongoing, (expensive) problems with the cooling system. While you're at it, change the transmission filter, fluid, (DexronVI) and pan gasket.

Why? My vehicle has had green coolant for over 10 years and I have never had an issue and my heater core is original.

Wish I could get into it, (big controversy). The admins frown on those discussions and they'll close the thread, and that's not fair to the OP. There are WAAAY plenty of threads here on the forum, (and on the net) explaining why not to use ethylene glycol when Dexcool is specified by the manufacturer.
