Default New 95 Blazer Owner

I'm new on this forum I have a used 95 blazer 4.3L V6 4door 2WD automatic when I picked it up it was running real rough. I changed the oil and filter, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, fuel filter TPS, and the ISV. Now the truck runs great when cold but runs real rough when hot... Can someone give me an idea what it could be. I have tried to hook up my OBD II scanner to it but it wont link.

Things to look for on these engines when running rough.
Worn distributor gear, low fuel pressure and worn out ignition parts.

Check the fuel pressure. That year it should be 55-60 psi key on engine off. Pressure must remain above 50 psi for 10 minutes after the pump shuts off.

96+ is OBDII
