Angry New fuel pump not working

I just put a new fuel put in my 04 Blazer. The pump will still not power up. I checked the relay and swapped them around. The new pump came with a new pig tail to replace the square connector. I followed the instructions step by step on the wiring. Pump still doesn't prime when key is turned on. Thoughts, suggestions?

Check the fuel pump fuse...If it's OK , there's a fuel pump bypass circuit right next the to the fuse that can be jumpered...If it comes on using that jumper location , maybe there is something going on with the ignition switch circuit?

This Blazer does not have a fuel pump fuse that I can find.

It is almost impossible, that the power consuming devices are not protected with a fuse. Especially the fuel pump - in case of a short circuit of the electric motor, You'd have a fire in a fuel tank. IMHO Youu should look for a fuel supply electrical wiring diagrams.

Sorry for the delay , Bulldawgs playing National Championship game last night, so was pre-occupied..

Anyways , according to this , it's the ECM-b Fuse:

Per SWARTIKK: "The ECM-B fuse in your truck powers only the Fuel Pump Relay."
