Don't worry about that, you need a picture of a '95 engine bay anyway.

You already know what fuse it is. You need to start tracing out the fault that is causing the fuse to blow.

yeah i planned on looking at it more today but its raining so no go today

No problem, that's what we're here for. I'll try and see if I can dig up a wiring schematic for that circuit (courtesy) when I get home tonight.

I have a 95 4dr 4.3L.I also have the complete diagram electrical from GM(thick2 inches).I'll could scan and send you...

I'll see what I can find tonight if my kids aren't to much trouble makers
