Question newbie with a 97'

Okay bought a 97 about three weeks ago drove it on the freeway for 200 miles or so and it was all fine but my tie rod......anyways after driving 200 miles brakes started randomly locking up changed a couple fuses and my problem went away just to be **** I want to change all fuses and relays out there's the main on the drivers side panel and a relay in the glove compartment I've found.....anywhere else they like to hide?

also my side view mirror's wont work...and seat belt light wont go off.

Welcome from CO. Your seat belt light is probably a bad connector in the locking mechanism itself. Brakes... That could be a number of things, and the ABS system is suspect here. Go to Auto Zone and have them run a quick diagnostic - it's a free service. The codes might isolate the problem.
Are your side view mirrors original to the vehicle? Because the factory mirrors for that year were pieces of ****... my own 97 bears testimony to that. It may be a matter of mirrors from a newer vehicle having been swapped in, and the connectors not matching up.

If your lookin for some more relays to mess with, behind the cigarette lighter there are a couple more. Need to remove some under-dash pieces to get to them, but the Hazard flasher, and Turn flasher relays are both there. Most likely none of your problem, but if you wanted to do them all....

I know they are there from just doing them both myself an hour ago on my 97'
