No Air thru vents

No Air thru vents
I have a 95 blazer that not pushing any air thru the front vents. There lots up top if the defrost is on and some down below just nothing thru the front...I'm thinking it's a vacuum issue but really have no idea..Any help or diagram of the vent system would be appreciated
