I have a 2000 Olds Bravada. Tech2 says lost communication with ATC module. What's the process to get that module back on the network

 

The most likely causes are:

1. The module is dead
2. Power/ground problems to the module
3. Issue on the class 2 serial data line(s)

Step one is check the power and ground to the module. Step 2 is remove the comb from the class 2 bus connector and look on that modules data line to see if there is any traffic. If not then look at that data line near the module to see if that data line has issues.
