I have a 1999 Blazer 4.3 L 2 door. When the key is off there is constant clicking noise coming from under the glove box and no power to anything, no horn, no lights, no anything. When I try to start I get nothing but the clicking goes away. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

 

When you say, "no power to anything, no horn, no lights, no anything." does this mean they are not on, or they will not work if you try to use them?
