Default No heat to floor. HELP!

I have a 98 blazer. I am in the middle of changing the multi function turn and hazard switch. I thought it would be a good idea to fix the no heat to the floor issue. I have the dash all apart, air bags, instrument cluster, ash tray, radio and much more are all out.The dash is loose and tilted forward. Now the question. How do I get to thefloor blend door that is inside the black box? What do I do now?

Thanks for your help!!

I'd like to get this back together soon!!

Absolutely unnecessary to bump a thread after a measily 11 hours. Please be patient.

And maybe a bit more information would be helpful. Do you have manual HVAC controls or is it the Automatic?
