No Power To Turn Starter Over?

1998 Blazer 4X4 4.3 Liter, no power to starter. New neutral safty switch, ignition switch, and all fuses and relays are good. Will start if you jump the solenoid. WTF??

Have you taken a DMM to all the wires? Maybe a loose wire or poor connection somewhere?
