Default No temp Gauge after manifold gasket change

So after 11 hours in the garage, I was able to change out the manifold gaskets on my kid's 2000 Jimmy. All went pretty well thanks to the help and instructions found on this forum. Only problem is that now the temp gauge doesn't work. My thoughts are:
  1. Could the engine be air locked and not allowing coolant to reach the sensor? or
  2. Did I knock off the wire to the sensor?
Any thoughts?
Also, I'm not sure where the sensor is.
Thanks for everyones help.

Look here for the ECT. The PCM drives the IP gauge from ECT.

That location is surprising for me, too. But other locs are correct

Thanks Pettyfog, I'll check it when he gets home from school. After unplugging so many connectors, its very possible I missed one..
