You havent tried a free repair before you went and spent over a hundred bucks on a tune up?

Try the free stuff first!!!

Where did you see I spebt 100 bucks? Ive only spent maybe 40 bucks on plug wires and egr gasket.

Anyways I did pop the vaccum line out, truck ran better but still rough with the vaccum hose off, I plug it with my thumb and the truck bogs back down and sounds same as before.

While I had the hose off I sprayed a quick squirt of carb cleaner down there, engine revd, put vaccum line back on, sprayed carb cleaner around the connections of the vaccum line and couldnt get it to rev. It revs fine with no sputtering or anything, just wont idle.

You had said you bought plugs, found a bad wire (So I assumed you replaced the whole set) and normally if I go through the trouble of replacing plugs and wires, I also replace the cap and rotor.. My bad for assuming you replaced all the ignition components.

I must have mis-typed, I never bought plugs, brand new ones were in when I purchased it. I replaced all plug wires, I did ordera cap and rotor from Rockauto(which wont be here till tommorrow).

Gotta run to the fedex store and Im going to go see if I cant figure this PITA out.
