I have a 96 blazer 4 door 4x4. I am not getting any fuel. I have barely any fuel pressure when checking the psi. I can hear the fuel pump cycle on. I was wandering how to tell if i need to change the fuel pump or the fuel pressure regulator. What steps do i need to take to be sure i am not throwing money and time away. thanks with any help

 

Have you changed out your filter? deffinattly the first thing i would do.
