NP8 Question, Help Please
I have a '00 Jimmy SLT. 4 button/NP8/Autotrac The TCCM is fried (tested).
My question is, can I remove the shift modulator(encoder motor) from the transfer case and engage 4HI ?
I was sucessfull doing this with my 1993 Blazer 3 button when the encoder motor failed. I'm afraid it may be a bit different with the autotrac feature.
Any input would be helpfull. Thanks.
