*if the answer to this has already been posted, I apologize, but Ive been searching multiple sites for hours*
I have a 95 Blazer with the MIL on. Its OBD1 certified, OBD2 DLC (or OBD1.5 as many like to call it). I was wondering if anyone knows how to pull codes from these vehicles without Tech 1. Ive heard you cant jump the OBD2 connectors to get it to flash, though Ive pulled Honda ABS codes from the OBD2 DLC that way. I know OBD2 Chryslers have a ignition on/off key cycling trick that can be used to get the MIL to flash. And obviously OBD1 connectors can be jumped easily. But from what Im seeing, nobody knows of a way to pull codes from this truck without Tech 1. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to find someone with a compatible code reader to get all of the codes.
This method only pulls the OBD1 specific codes and will not pull any of the preliminary OBD2 type (Pxxxx) trouble codes that can also be set in these miss-mash systems:
