OBD II question

OBD II question
I have a Bluetooth OBD2 adapter that I use with the torque app. Does anyone know if a 2000 4x4 Blazer LT displays oil pressure through the OBD II port? I wanted to display oil pressure but it says no data.

I know with Torque I cant see injector pulse width or cam retard.
With the ScanXL software by Palmerperformance I can read those PIDs that Torque cant because I have the GM Enhanced addon.

Looks like the GM Oil Pressure PID was added to Torque Pro GM enhanced in 2012. Should be there to select if you have a late version of Torque Pro w/extended GM. My Android tablet is not here at work so I can't check mine right now.
Maybe you are saying that you found oil pressure PID in the app, but it doesn't work. If that is the case I would carefully search for a second PID for oil pressure. I have found seemingly duplicate PIDs in Torque before where one works and one does not. I supposed that the one that didn't work might be for a different make vehicle and just not labeled as so.
I have personal experience with 3 OBD2 softwares.
Torque Pro (Android) is a great little app for the money, easy to use, slick to look at - and I always go to it first if it will do what I want. Cost $30 with BAFX Bluetooth OBD2 adapter (Best Chinese clone from Amazon - fastest refresh rate by a factor of 10)
Scan XL Pro w/enhanced GM (Windows) gives you more functionality with additional PIDs such as cam sensor retard and monitors other things than just the PCM. Seems like ABS, some other systems were there - but I have not used it for that. I do know that it does not do transfer case codes and it does not trigger the crank sensor relearn procedure. Still pretty limited. Doesn't look as slick as Torque Pro. Cost >$150 with hardwire adapter included if I remember correctly. Will definitely connect through bluetooth as I have done this too. I assume will also connect through wifi. After buying HP Tuners to do crank relearn, this software has become redundant and I wish I would not have purchased it.
HPTuners VCM Scanner (Windows) gives you bidirectional capability and more functionality (but not the same as a Tech2). Will do things like crank sensor relearn, injector balance, TCC and transmission commands, etc Cost >$300 with proprietary hardwire adapter included. Doesn't look as slick as Torque Pro. I dig it out when I need it do something specific that can't be done in Torque Pro. Haven't fully investigated it's capabilities but it appears to do all that Scan XL Pro does (except wireless) + a lot more. Will not read transfer case codes.

I have the most up to date version of Torque and I have the GM specific PID with the oil pressure option. I have the "gauge" but no data. However I do have an error on the screen that says faulty OBD adapter. I already contacted the manufacturer of the adapter.

If I get the engine back in the Blazer this weekend, I'll see if my Torque Pro setup will work for reading oil pressure.

Cool! Just curious what android do you have that will take a typical size USB plug (or does the OBD2 device have a smaller connector)?
