Default odd whistling type sound

So Ive got me an odd whistling sound that seems to be getting a little worse. I have changed all 4 calipers (and of course pads) the two front rotors all within the last 3000 miles, quite sure it isnt the brakes since it was there only much lighter before all that. It only happens when I am moving and starts at around 30 mph, by 50-55 it either stops or I cant hear it over the wind noise as I cant hear it with the windows up. Seems to be the same no matter the rpms so I figure it has to do with moving. With it jacked there isnt play in the front bearings (as it SEEMS to be comging from the front) or the rear ones (checked just because) Any ideas as to what it can be? It kinda comes and goes in but is mostly there... its not steady...like a sswew sswew sweeeeeeeeew sweeeeeew.. i cant really put it into better words... turning back and forth (swerving) seems to not change it at all and maybe every 10th time i hit the brakes it might stop for a second but i think thats just it coming and going... coasting, accelerating... all the same... seems to be from the motion of the vehicle, not rpms... its driving me a little mad and i thought it might have been some kind of wind noise but it seems to be getting a little louder and more annoying. also there is no grinding .. the muffler or cat does seem to rattle when first accelerating and dont know if that could in any way be relating but the whistle is only there while moving... so im pretty sure its not a pully or belt thing... ive done what i have to the brakes and also changed a leaking badly radiator (think the tool before me had generican antifreeze in it) and ive only had the thing 2 months and now the tranny slips when cold... UGH! just worried about the whistle right this moment but this is getting out of hand... any help would be MUCH appreciated... sorry for the long winded post but wanted to be thorough. Thanks in advance (just for reading all this) =D

So you just bought the car a couple months ago? Has this noise been occurring the entire time you have owned it, or is this something that started after doing the brakes or the radiator? How many miles do you have? Do you know of any parts that the previous owner replaced?
