Default off roadlights.

Just got Rampage grillguard/light bar and 2 150 watt,2 130 watt lights.?They come with relays so I guess they get power direct from battery and a rocker switch in the cab.

How would I hook up 2 of the lights to come one with high beam switch.

Anybody know . I am no electrician. Keep it simple.

1999 S10 Balzer LS 2 door 4x4.

Thanks

The lights should have come with a wiring harness and the directions should tell you to wire them to the highbeams by default. It takes some extra intellect to wire them up independently of the high beams.

I only know independent wiring...not saying I have any intellect... but that is how a buddy and I wired mine up...

I think with wiring them to the high beams, you just wire the relay with the switch into the high beam (+) wire. Then the lights only get power if the high beam has power...the idea being you leave your switch in the 'on' position, and you only have to click your brights on/off.

Like I said though, I wired mine up independently, so I'm not entirely positive that's the method.
