Default oil pressure

I have a 99 v6 4x4 Blazer
When idling, my gauge shows 20psi oil pressure. Is that normal or should it be around 40psi?

There is nothing wrong with 20psi at idle. GM states the minimum oil pressure at hot idle to be 8psi and it should increase by 10psi per 1000RPM above idle up to between 40 & 60psi.

i am going to do a mechanical gauge set in the near future...just because..figured it cant hurt and it will give me that ricer look i have always wanted.
