OK......Now what....Washer tank leak

Default OK......Now what....Washer tank leak
Fixed the leak at left rear by replacing check valve. Now it is leaking at the tank. What should I look for there ?

How do You remove tank ?

Should be one screw by the front of the fender and then it should pull up.
