All the discussions about the TCCM begin with "Remove the passenger side kick plate." Can someone please tell me how to remove the kick plate. As of yet I have found no fasteners. I have managed to free the bottom but the top is still firmly secured.
Help!

The old "Get a bigger hammer" axiom worked. The kick panel is off. Thanks
Now all I need to do is find out what's wrong with my 4 wheel drive.
