Default overheating in az

I have a 1999 chevy blazer v6 overheating badly.I put a new radiator, clutch fan, thermostat, hoses and water pump.I am up in arms cuz it still overheats. My local shop has checked for head gasket issuies and have ruled this out ,there is not any oil in the coolant and the radiator cap is new as well. The only thing we have not done is burp the system.
Is there anything you guys can think of besides putting an electric fan in front of the radiator?

That's the thing you need to do now.

Does the parts you got work right? Also does you radiator fan kick on while the car is running?

Yes,and yes.At idle it's fine ,but when you are driving it starts to heat up.

We took it back to the shop that put the water pump on and they think its a head gasket leak ,but they dye checked it twice and said head gasket is fine

Is the system building up high pressure. My 95 was and turned out to be a cracked head. Fixed the heads and cool as can be now.

Is your timing advancing as it should at higher RPM's?
