P0131 and P0151
Hello everyone, my first post. I hope you can help me out. I have a '96 Blazer which I love. I have persistent P0131 and P0151 codes being set. It usually occurs when I really step on the pedal hard (like passing someone on the highway) I know that the P0131 is the O2 sensor circuit low voltage (bank 1 sensor 1) and the p0151 is O2 sensor circuit low voltage (bank 2 sensor 1), but I don't know what to do about it. Should I have both O2 sensors replaced or could something else be causing the problem like a bad catalytic converter? I gave it a good tune up; new cap and rotor, wires, plugs, TPS,fuel filter, air filter, cleaned my MAS etc.
Thanks for any help...

When it idles it sounds like the timing needs to be adjusted, like it's idling slow. I know the timing isn't something you can adjust on a '96. When I'm hard on it it sometimes really bogs down, has NO power for a couple of seconds and then the power kicks in and the truck will have a burst of power. The new TPS seems to have helped a bit. The truck will seem to run great for a while (really responsive to the pedal, lots of power) and then occasionally when I need to pass someone on the highway it will act up again and then trip the codes.
