P0135 code no power at 02 sensor
P0135 is a problem with the B1S1 heater circuit. The PCM has nothing to do with supplying voltage to any of the three oxygen sensor heaters. The 15 amp "O2 fuse" in the underhood fuse panel supplies voltage to all 3 heaters when the ignition is in the RUN and START positions. With the sensors disconnected, the pink wire at all 3 sensors must show battery voltage when the ignition is in the RUN and START positions. Each of the black wires must show less than 5 ohms resistance to ground at all times. Follow the steps in the flow chart, and it will take you to the problem.

quickly as possible record the h02s voltage..... and the only answers are did it voltage increase or decrease, yes or no? Doesn't have a procedure for figuring out why there is no power. So it the flow chart doesn't help me in this situation.
Sure it does. Step 2 is not asking you if there is power. Step 2 is asking you a question: "Does the HO2S voltage increase or decrease from the initial voltage by at least 150mv?" If your answer is yes, go to step 3. If your answer is no, go to step 4.
This is just a guess on my part, but I'd say your answer is no. No voltage change = no power and or ground. Step 4 will lead you to where the problem is.
