So my blazer has been periodically throwing the P0452 code, more so lately than it has in the past 6 months. I want to track down this issue and get it taken care of. I think my evap readiness monitor wont complete because of it thus not allowing me to get my car inspected. (stupid emissions county in Texas).

From what I have found so far it seems to be a sensor on the fuel pump. Im going off of speculation here but I would think if that sensor is on its way out it, the SES light would be on constantly and not every so often.

Is there anything I can check without having to remove the tank to check the sensor?

Is there some sort of relay that I can check? or hose? Gas cap was purchased in the past 6 months or so when I initially started having the issue.

For those of you familiar with obd2 scan tools: I have a bluetooth obd2 scan tool with Torque and was wondering if there are any meters I can add that can assist with checking this.
