Default P0452 code new owner need help!!!

I recently purchase a 99 blazer ls. Since purchasing the vehicle i replaced the sparkplugs, wires, distributor, rotor button, air filter, fuel filter, fuel pump, catalytic converter, and rebuilt the transmission. the vehicle is throwing an P0452 code which is ruining gas millage and causing rough shifts as well as causeing the transmission to have trouble deciding gears. when i clear the light i can feel a power difference and the blazer shifts smoothly with no problems. If anyone has any ideas throw them at me
