Default p0507

Fixed my evap codes today up until no was the only code i was getting. Now I got the p0507 code. I was looking around the intake and on the driver side of the intake next to the upper radiator hose is a round looks like a vacuum module (im sure I called it the wrong thing) it has 2 vacuum lines a larger one and smaller one. The smaller one runs over to the driver side fender and tees off to a another location. One end connects at the fender, and the is teed to another location. My question is the vacuum lines are very very dry rotted they are in bad shape. Could this be the cause of my code?

I get the same code on my 99 ,i cleaned the throttle body & idle control valve the maf changed the throttle controll valve,it worked for awhile but sometimes the idle will go to 1100 & wont come down then a while later it will idle okay again. Every 100 or so miles i will get the 507 code . ichecked for vac leaks cant find any, it drives me nuts.
