Default Park brake shoe only on one side in rear?

I am looking to purchase the brake shoes for the park brake on my 2005 blazer. Seems like everywhere I look they only show a single set (both halves) for one side. Is it only the driver side rear wheel that holds the vehicle with park brake? Thanks
