im in need of adjusting parking brake.98 4 door 4x4.at the equalizer nut i cant seem to adjust it.dosnt seem to be all that rusty but nut wont turn.iv sprayed with nut busting spray but no luck.i think my prob is one end has nut witch i put wrench on the other end the only thing i think might work is pair vice grips.the vice grips dont seem to be making a good bight.seems to be a simple fix but maybe im doing somthing wrong?any ideas?

 

You may need to apply localized heat on the nut, spray it with penetrating lube to cool it down, blow it off, and repeat. They can be stubborn.
