Please help, no heat in and getting cold
I have a 1998 Chevy Blazer, and I should say that I do have heat but only radiant heat. I can feel the heat coming through on any vent I select but with the blower on auto or full on, or anywhere for that matter I can't get blower to work. I guess my question is has anyone else experienced this and was your blower bad or was it your blower control switch?? I would appreciate any help I can get.
Thanks,
Anthony

I had a relay go bad on my 03, it was hanging on the firewall right above the tranny dipstick, that made my blower not work at all, but if I smacked it with a screw driver, it would start to work for a short time.
take that relay out and smack it around a little, and reseat that connector and the connector right below it for your blower motor and see if that helps.
And the relay needs to have that little housing, napa had just the relay for $10, GM had it for $40, and checker had the correct relay with the little housing for $20...
Check your fuses too

so your '98 has the "auto climate control system" in it, right? so, your blower doesn't switch on at all, after the fuses and relays (if they're good), you can check the blower itself, by running direct power to the terminal where it plugs into the harness. if it turns on, then check the switch to see if it's working (use a continuity tester).
