Default plenum/fuel assembly

Does anyone have any suggestions as how to easily put the plenum back on the intake/ fuel assembly mine does not want to go back on without force and I do not want to damage the fuel assembly

Use some clean engine oil on the seal to the main injector body as well as a thin film in the upper plenum sealing location, then just slide it down on.
